Volunteers in the CER project can create self-employment opportunities for themselves. The programs adopted by the volunteers through the formulation of joint projects can solve many big problems of the society and the state. Although the CER project is not self-sufficient in reducing carbon emissions from the atmosphere, the program adopted will bring benefits to the country's highways and the human race. We take in oxygen naturally, we take in the heat of the sun. This natural availability is not individual but collective. If the balance in the atmosphere is right, all animals, including the human race, will benefit.
